Conveyor Lagos Traffic Project
Hey there, I’m the nomadic spirit and visionary behind Lagos Traffic Couture (LTC) Project. I don’t just design clothes—I tell stories, I spark visual movements, I turn chaos into couture.
As a visual activist, I capture the pulse of the city—its jams, its jolts, its joys—and translate it into wearable narratives.
Born to a Nigerian father and Trinidadian mother, I was raised in a home where Afrobeat met Calypso, where Classical symphonies harmonized with Soca, and where Afrobeat(s) Hip-hop fusion had a seat at the cultural table. This soundscape shaped me—igniting a lifelong passion for music, art, and storytelling.
My work is deeply rooted in and influenced by the revolutionary energy of Fela Anikulapo Kuti, the Afrobeat Godfather and legend whose fearless lyrics still challenge global systems of power and corruption. His message—of “Suffering and Smiling”—echoes through my diverse collections, turning every garment into a protest, a prayer, and a celebration canvas.
I’m often called a Creative, Trendsetter, and Innovator. But what truly drives me is the rhythm of resistance and the desire to CREATE, RE-IMAGINE, & EVOLVE.
"Lagos is my canvas. Traffic is my metaphor. Style is my language".
This collection is more than just fashion — it’s a movement. So navigate the LTC Afrobeats Lounge and shop the Danfo Couture Vintage Collection and join the revolution of rhythm, resilience, and radical self-expression.
